The SpeedCo Velox V3 is one of the lightest production BMX race frames in the world. We've been saying that for a few years now and nobody has taken the title. The Pro XL comes in at 2.95 lbs. The Junior — a full carbon race frame for young riders — is 1.95 lbs. That weight matters most in the youth classes where smaller riders benefit most from lower rotating and suspended mass.
Toray T700 carbon throughout. Removable brake bosses make it compatible with disc or caliper brakes (post plugs included), which matters if your local track or class still runs V-brake. Universal 10/15/20mm dropout covers every axle standard. Internal cable routing on both youth and Pro sizes. A 72mm downtube at the BB junction is wider than most race frames at that point — it's optimised specifically for the flex characteristics you want under sprint and gate loads.
