About This Product Inspyre Evo-C Disk Expert 19.5"TT BMX Race Bike-Blue

The Inspyre Evo-C Disk Expert 19.5" BMX Race Bike takes the Evo Disk platform and upgrades the front end with a Pride Apex carbon fork — moving from chromoly to carbon at the fork without changing anything else. That's a meaningful upgrade: the carbon fork reduces unsprung weight at the most rotation-critical point on the bike (the front wheel), and the Pride Apex's StemLock system eliminates star nuts from the steerer for a cleaner, stronger setup.

Forward hubs (upgraded from the Evo's hubs), Tioga tires, and hydraulic disc braking throughout. The frame geometry is the same Evo Disk alloy platform. If you're choosing between the Evo Disk and the Evo-C, the question is whether the carbon fork upgrade is worth the price difference for your rider's current level of competition. At regional through national level, it generally is.

Specifications

  • Frame: 6061-T6 aluminum (Evo Disk geometry)
  • Fork: Pride Apex Carbon (carbon legs, alloy steerer)
  • Top Tube: 19.5"
  • Hubs: Forward, front and rear
  • Tires: Tioga
  • Brake: Hydraulic disc

Professional assembly recommended before first ride.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Evo-C and the Evo Disk?
The fork. The Evo-C ships with a Pride Apex Carbon fork — carbon fiber legs over an alloy steerer — where the Evo Disk uses a chromoly fork. That fork upgrade also brings Forward hubs vs. the Evo Disk's Inspyre Evo hubs. For riders competing at regional or national level, the carbon fork reduces unsprung rotational weight at the front wheel, which you feel most at the gate and through technical sections. If your rider is racing consistently and you're choosing between these two, the carbon fork is a meaningful real-world upgrade.

What size should I order?
Junior (18.75" TT): riders roughly 4'2"–4'8". Expert (19.5" TT): 4'6"–5'0". Expert XL (20" TT): 4'10"–5'4". Pro (20.75" TT): 5'2"–5'8". Pro XL (21.25" TT): 5'6"–5'10". Pro 2XL (21.85" TT): 5'9" and above. Pro Cruiser uses 24" wheels. Match your USA BMX racing class first.

Does it come ready to ride?
Partially assembled. Professional mechanic final assembly required before first use. Hydraulic brakes need to be bled and checked.

Is it USA BMX legal?
Yes. Legal for all USA BMX and BMX Canada sanctioned events.

What brake system does it use?
Hydraulic disc throughout. The specific brake brand/model varies by size — contact us for the current spec on the size you're ordering.

BMX Race Frame Size Guide

Pro XXL+ 21.5–23" 5'8" and above Adult
Cruiser 21–23" Any height 8+ (24" wheels)

Size names (Expert, Pro, etc.) refer to fit — not skill level. A beginner can ride a Pro-size frame. When in doubt between two sizes, go with your USA BMX racing class first, rider height second. Questions? Call us — we size riders every day.
