Avian carbon-specific brake pad inserts — replacement compound pads for Avian alloy pad cages, compatible with Shimano and Box Component cartridge pad bodies. When the carbon-specific compound wears down, replace just the insert rather than the whole pad assembly. Correct compound for carbon rim surfaces only.
Avian is a MoJo BMX brand. Do not use on alloy rims — different compounds serve different surfaces.
