The Patron is built on the HSX Patron alloy frame with a fixed 15mm chainstay system — not just a Superclass frame in disguise. It ships with SD Carbon rims front and rear, where the Superclass uses alloy rims. And it runs Shimano MT501 hydraulic disc braking, same as the Superclass.
